Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our bridal tulle robes, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or cancellations once the order has been placed.

Each robe is made specifically to the customer's requested specifications and cannot be resold as a standard item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
